State-of-the-Art Technology
3D ConeBeam Imaging
The high-quality 3D digital images produced by our ConeBeam scanner allow us to get images of your teeth, gums, jaw, and entire face with a single pass of the scanner. Dr. Lee and our team use these images to see the relationships between your teeth, nerves, gum tissues, and more, giving us a more complete picture of your oral health. We use these images to create a personalized treatment plan for your gums and even to show you what your smile could look like once dental implants are placed.
PerioLase Laser Gum Treatment
We use laser gum therapy to treat moderate to severe gum disease. Using the PerioLase soft tissue laser and the LANAP® (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure) protocol, we are able to treat gum disease in a minimally invasive manner. The infected tissue is removed without the use of a scalpel or stitches, making recovery time faster than ever before. A pulsing laser removes bacteria from the infected area while leaving healthy tissue, root, and bone untouched. At the end of the procedure, the laser is used to clot blood and stimulate bone and root regeneration.
LANAP protocol offers the following benefits over traditional gum disease treatment:
- Less pain
- Faster healing time
- Little to no gum line recession
- Long-term results

Nitrous Oxide Sedation
Does the thought of going to the dentist make you anxious? We can help! While you’re in our care, we offer nitrous oxide – also known as laughing gas – to keep you comfortable and feeling relaxed while Gwinnett dentist Dr. Lee works. Nitrous oxide is inhaled through a mask placed over the nose and mouth. It creates a feeling of heightened relaxation in patients, allowing them to feel at ease and allowing our team to work efficiently. Once your procedure is over, a few breaths of normal air will reverse all effects of the laughing gas.
